Shipping Locations

At this time, Ox & Staff ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of increased order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow additional processing time for made-to-order or limited-release items.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Ox & Staff is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
